Sales Manager (m/f/d) MultiVacc - Pay-by-Use Solution for Egg & Poultry What will be your responsibilities?

Independently manage the MultiVacc sales process end-to-end: from a qualified opportunity to an active customer contract
Collaborate with the Egg and Poultry sales teams: take over leads, structure them, and convert them into concrete offers
Execute the pay-by-use model operationally: clear quoting logic, defined item/code numbers, and clean commercial processing
Act as the central point of contact for customers: clarify commercial topics and provide basic technical support; coordinate with PM/PO as needed
Own the Phase 1 rollout in Europe and help build the foundation for later global scaling

What do you bring to the role?

Several years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the agriculture or livestock sector (Egg/Poultry is a plus)
Relevant professional background in veterinary medicine (poultry), animal husbandry/livestock sciences, agriculture—or comparable hands-on expertise
Ability to explain complex solutions and commercial models clearly and negotiate confidently
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
Additional languages are welcome (e.g., Dutch, Romanian, Polish)
